Interesting to see the circumstances of his capture by the US.

Did Britain have a hand? Was he in Libya during the conflict secretly on behalf of MI6 and is he involved in the transfer and trafficking of weapons and terrorists to jihadist groups in Syria?

There is talk that he will be prosecuted in a US civilian not military court which is always the best source of information of what is contained in the complaint.
